Group Workshops
The group workshops provide a dynamic and interactive setting for girls 6-16 yrs to engage with like-minded peers. These workshops foster teamwork, empathy, and social skills, while also encouraging self-expression and personal development. The small group size of (5-10 kids) allows for meaningful connections and a supportive environment where girls can learn from one another. Boosting self-esteem and self-worth: Parents may seek support to help their child overcome feelings of low self-esteem and develop a positive self-image.
- Building confidence: Our workshop provides support for young girls to build confidence and overcome self-doubt or insecurities.
- Developing emotional intelligence: We guide parents in supporting their children to develop emotional intelligence, helping them understand and manage their emotions effectively.
- Promoting self-expression and emotional well-being: We assist parents in fostering their child's self-expression and emotional well-being, enabling them to express emotions in healthy ways and cultivate a strong sense of emotional wellness.

Our group workshops, priced at $75 per child, are offered on the 1st and 3rd week of every month via Zoom, providing an opportunity for your daughter to connect with like-minded peers. How Much is Shipping?
Shipping costs vary depending on the items that are in your cart. You can view your shipping costs before you proceed to purchase. From time to time we offer free shipping promotions, so be sure to sign up for our newsletter as our sales are announced via our newsletter and social media pages.
When will I get my order?
Orders take 5-7 business days to process, package and ship your order. Shipping times vary depending on the numerous factors. Typically transit times range from 3-10 days (excluding weekends and holidays).When your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that will include your order information and your tracking number. You will also receive delivery confirmation.
Available Shipping Options & Transit Times:DOMESTIC:
- Standard Shipping (ships between 4 - 10 business days, not including processing time)
- Express Shipping (ships between 2 - 5 business days, not including processing time)
- Rush Shipping (ships between 2 - 3 business days, not including processing time)
INTERNATIONAL:
- Canada (ships between 7 - 14 business days, not including processing time)
- Rest of World (ships between 7- 21 business days, not including processing time)
**Note: For International Shipments: Methods do not include Duties or Taxes. Duties and Taxes are subject to being collected at the time of delivery by your carrier.
What if my order is damaged?
To protect your order against damage that occurred during shipping, add shipping protection at checkout. When you add shipping protection at checkout, you can easily file claims for lost, stolen or damaged packages in the unfortunate case that they arise. When you file a claim, it will be reviewed for approval for a reorder or refund within 24-48 hours.

What Is Shipping Protection Insurance?
We’ve partnered with Route Package Protection —a package protection solution—to give our customers the best possible delivery experience. Route Package Protection is package protection for your online orders. When you add Insurance at checkout, you can easily submit claims for lost, stolen or damaged packages in the unfortunate case that they arise.
Returns We accept returns for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unworn and unwashed. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items, unless the reason for the return is the fault of HerTruSelf (wrong item sent). Exchange requests incur a $6.99 restocking fee.NOTE: PERSONALIZED ITEMS, HERTRUSELF BOXES/ITEMS, SALE/CLEARANCE ITEMS, SUITS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUNDS/EXCHANGES.
